An Australian woman in her 60s who was injured when her dog ran over her has been awarded $140,000 in compensation.
She was dragged along by her car after one of her pets knocked the handbrake, causing the car to roll.
She was returning from a walk and putting the dogs in her car when the accident happened.
Two were in the back while one was in the passenger seat, according to ABC News.
The accident happened in Colac, south-west of Melbourne, according to the Transport Accident Commission of Victoria.
The woman was offered $143,590 as well as medical expenses because she has ongoing issues with her back and neck and had to have both shoulders replaced.
