A man has been ordered to keep away from any pets after his girlfriend’s sister allegedly found her husky dog “humping” him on the floor of her home.
Police claim Kenneth Kellmer was discovered by the stunned woman on his hands and knees with his pants down engaged in the shocking act with the three-and-a-half-year-old dog.
According to court documents, the vile act took place at the home in Missoula County, Montata, earlier this year.
The 41-year-old appeared in court on Monday and was released without bail, but on a pledge to reappear in court for later hearings.
The judge also barred him from having any contact with any dogs or cats – including his own six pets.
Kellmer is due to reappear in two weeks, and if found guilty, faces at least 10-years in prison and up to a $50,000 fine.
