Jessica is a registered dietitian with her master’s in nutrition. She spends her time teaching nutrition classes and counseling patients.
When she wakes up, she starts off the day with an 8 to 16-oz glass of “spa water”.
A little later in the morning, she has her first snack of the day.
She likes to have a Greek yogurt parfait by 11am. She chooses plain, nonfat Greek yogurt with a nice assortment of berries.
Her lunch routine starts with a quick, cardio workout.
